SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a computer system for operating multiple computing devices, wherein the computer system comprises one computing device and an imaging unit for forming a common video signal for a display device. The computing device (12) is configured to break down the display region (22) of the display device (20) into multiple sections (24, 26, 28) of the display regions. One of the sections (24, 26) of the display region is associated with a computing device (14). The computing device (12) is configured to receive an input signal from an input device (32, 34, 36), the input signal being assigned to a position (38) in the display region (22). The computing device (12) is configured to transmit to the computing device (14, 16) an input signal depending on the position (38) situated in one of the sections (24, 26, 28) of the display region associated with the computing device (14, 16).

EFFECT: enabling two-way control of computing devices of a computer system.
