SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the following novel compounds: 1. N-(4-(5-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)-2-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)thiazol-5-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide; 2. N-(4-(5-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)-2-(2-methylprop-1-enyl)thiazol-5-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide; 3. N-(2-bromo-4-(5-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)thiazol-5-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide ; 4. N-(4-(5-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)thiazol-5-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide; 5. N-(4-(5-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)-2-methylthiazol-5-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide and 6.
