FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: gas is cooled in heat exchange section of one device to be divided into at least two cooling stages and arranged to butt on lateral sides. Note here that gas is directed from the first cooling stage to the next stage via connecting adapter manifold. Cooling air is fed by blowers driven by the motors arranged in pairs above each cooling stage. Internal heated air is circulated at the last cooling stage. Control over the formation of hydrates is executed by pickups composed by differential thermocouples. The latter output the signal when hydrates overlap the cross-section of heat exchange tubes cooled most intensively. Heat exchange processes are controlled by reversing the last cooling stage blowers revolution and rpm with maintenance of the gas preset temperature at the outlet by internal recycling.
EFFECT: ruled out air temperature increase at the last cooling stage inlet, preset outlet gas temperature at continuous operation.
