SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for fastening a tissue or prosthesis in a hole, made in a human or animal bone. A set contains a fastening device, with the fastening device having a proximal butt end, a distal end, the axis of the fastening device passing between the proximal butt end and the distal end, and a peripheral surface, passing around the said axis, with the fastening device additionally containing at least one first site of the peripheral surface and at least the second site, different from the first sire of the peripheral surface, and the first site is made with a possibility of providing anchor fixation due to the presence of means for guiding a fusible material to the first site or along the first site or due to the presence of the fusible material; the said set additionally contains at least one anchor fixer and a device for anchor fixation, with the anchor fixer containing the fusible material, and the device for anchor fixation contains the distal end, suitable for the anchor fixer and made with a possibility of transmitting energy to the anchor fixer and the movement of the anchor fixer with respect to fastening means; the claimed set additionally contains a guiding device, with the guiding device containing the distal end, a transverse section of which corresponds to the proximal transverse section of the fastening device, and additionally containing a through channel, the transverse section of which corresponds to the distal site of the device for anchor fixation; with the distal end of the guiding device being intended for holding the fastening means.
