SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for fixing a tendon graft on the femur during plastic surgery of the anterior and/or posterior cruciate ligament (ACL and/or PCL) of the knee joint. A device for fixing a graft on the femur when performing plastic surgery of the anterior and/or posterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint contains a flattened base, extended along the longitudinal axis with rounded ends, having internal and external surfaces in relation to the surface of the femur and equipped with sides. There are holes for threads on the base. The sides are made along the two long sides of the base from the inner and outer surfaces with a smooth increase in height in the direction from the ends of the base to its central part.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to provide reliable and stable femoral fixation of the graft without interposition of soft tissues while simplifying the process of passing the fixator through the bone tunnel and positioning on the outer cortical layer of the bone.
