FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of substances by reagent spraying in steam generator flue gases. Recovery of substances is effected by reagent spraying in steam generator flue gases. Note here that reagent is sprayed via orifice of multicomponent nozzle in steam generator combustion chamber. Enveloping medium is forced via at least one orifice located outside reagent orifice into combustion chamber. Said medium envelops, at least partially, the reagent in combustion chamber to isolate it at least partially from flue gases. Note also that displacement agent is sprayed to facilitate spraying and/or distribution of reagent. Reagent and displacement agent are used to make a mixed jet in combustion chamber. Said medium envelops, at least partially, the reagent in combustion chamber to isolate it at least partially from flue gases. Note here said displacement agent is mixed with reagent immediately before feed into combustion chamber, or displacement agent if fed in its orifice from the side of combustion chamber made outside the reagent orifice. Note also that enveloping agent orifice is arranged outside the orifice for displacement agent.
EFFECT: prevention of insufficient mixing of flue gases with reagent, or of use of excess amount of reagent.
