FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: system for preparation of beverage with usage of a product to be extracted contains a replaceable capsule, an apparatus containing a dosed liquid supply device for supply into the capsule, a receptacle socket for the capsule retaining and an outlet device for beverage supply into a vessel. The replaceable capsule contains a peripheral wall, a bottom, a cover, an inlet area and a closed outlet area. The capsule inner surface contains the product to be extracted. The system is designed so that to enable the dosed supply device communication (via the fluid medium) with the inlet area for liquid supplying into the product to be extracted for beverage preparation. The system is designed so that during usage the outlet device communicates (via the fluid medium) with the outlet area for the prepared beverage outlet from the capsule. The replaceable capsule contains an opening element designed so that to enable creation of a hole passing though the closed outlet area for the prepared beverage outlet from the capsule. The opening element is at least partly designed to be soluble and/or decomposable with liquid delivered from the dosed liquid supply device for creation of a hole in the outlet area.

EFFECT: inventions group ensures production of a beverage with improved properties and requires no special mechanism for holes opening in the capsule.
