SUBSTANCE: system for preparation of a predetermined quantity of usable beverage using an extractable product comprises a replaceable capsule, a beverage preparation device comprising a dispenser feed device for feeding water into the replaceable capsule, a receptacle for holding the replaceable capsule and an outlet device for feeding the beverage into the cup. Capsule comprises a peripheral wall, a bottom, a cover, an entrance area and a closed outlet area. Peripheral wall, bottom and cover envelope inner space containing extracted product. System is configured to provide fluid communication of the metered feed device with an inlet area for feeding water into the extracted product for beverage preparation. System is designed so that during use the outlet device is in fluid communication with the outlet area for the prepared beverage release from the capsule. Capsule also comprises an opening element configured to provide a hole passing through the closed outlet area for release of the prepared beverage from the capsule. Opening element forms a separate part, which is formed separately from the output filter and/or bead of the capsule. Outlet area is made in capsule cover and outlet area comprises outlet filter.
