FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in the impregnation method for electric machine stator coils consisting of power simulation of impregnating compound entering into coils with further gelatinisation and polymerisation of impregnating compound, coils are fixed at inner surface of the stator, which is rotated around horizontal axis with speed at least equal to the value defined by the mathematical expression. Jets of impregnating compound are supplied to coils with viscosity up to further gelatinisation, an at first signs of the compound appearing at coil ends delivery of the compound is stopped and inner surface of the rotated stator is blown with hot air until the compound is gelatinised and polymerised.

EFFECT: ensured reliability.
