FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to methods for impregnation of windings of electrical machines. By method for three-stroke jet-drip impregnation of windings of electrical machines, winding is heated by passing current therethrough, rotated around its axis, upon inner and outer surface of front part of winding impregnating compound jet is supplied, while changing in each stroke inclination of winding axis to horizon, at first and second strokes impregnating compound jet is electrostatically charged by charges of opposite signs, additionally, second stroke of impregnation is carried out with mixture of compound with 20÷25 wt.% nanotubes of boron nitride, and at third stroke into mixture, 10÷15 wt.% of soft magnetic fine particles is added.
EFFECT: technical result is increased radial heat conductivity of windings due to adding nanotubes of boron nitride to impregnating compound, and reduction of average overheating temperature that promotes considerable improvement of quality of windings.
