FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat patients with defects of the distal metaepiphysis of the radius and wrist joint. The method includes removing pathologically altered, non-viable tissues, processing the bone ends up to the bleeding layer, stabilizing the bone with a plate on screws and filling the defect with a cement spacer with an antibiotic, followed by its removal, performing cavity plastic surgery with crushed cancellous autograft from the iliac crest and suturing the induced membrane. At the first stage, an individual cement spacer is used, corresponding in shape and size to the metaepiphysis of the contralateral radius. The proximal row of carpal bones is isolated with a graft from the dura mater. The carpal joint is fixed with an axial pin, passing it through the third metacarpal bone, wrist, cement spacer into the medullary canal of the radius. At the second stage, the graft is removed from the dura mater, and the articular cartilage of the scaphoid and lunate bones is resected. A bridge plate is applied, fixing it on the radius and third metacarpal bone; platelet-rich autoplasma is added to the autograft.

EFFECT: method provides complete replacement of the defect of the distal metaepiphysis of the radius, elimination of deformation and formation of bone ankylosis of only the wrist joint with subsequent possibility of movements in the joint through the use of an individual cement spacer in the shape and size of the contralateral metaepiphysis of the radius and isolation of the wrist from cement.
