FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular dentistry, and is intended for application in dental implantation. Dental implant contains root part, in form of screw provided with blind hole, and abutment, which is provided for support of prosthetic tooth. Said implant and said abutment are provided with additional connecting means, containing, from one side, indexation system, components of which can be connected by overlapping or detachable connection. Male element of said indexation system, formed by distal end or base of prosthetic element or abutment, contains, at least, two radial projections with equal angular spacing, and, on the other side, cavity, forming female element of said indexation device, made in opening of root part, provided with petals or grooves, equally spaced from one another, number of which is multiple to number of projections of said male element. Combination of indexation device with connection system by interaction of abutment ends and root part is made in such a way that it provides slot connection of said abutment and said root part by means of connection system of taper lock type.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide convenient change of positioning, precise indexation and complete sealing of connection of root part and suprastructure of dental implant due to presence of taper lock type connection and complementary slot connection of proximal part of root element and distal part of suprastructure.
