SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a transmucosal abutment, a prosthetic module and a method for making a prosthetic module. Abutment for placing the dental prosthesis on the dental implant is extended in the longitudinal direction from the proximal end to the distal end. Abutment comprises a proximal portion configured to receive in or on a dental implant, a distal portion configured to receive a denture support, and a longitudinal through channel successively including an upper cylindrical portion, screw seat and lower cylindrical section limited by side wall. Abutment includes an internal radial cavity located in the longitudinal through channel, which is made in the peripheral wall of the socket and the side wall of the lower cylindrical section. Prosthetic module for installation on a dental implant includes a transmucosal abutment and a screw, comprising a head and a threaded rod for screwing into the dental implant for fixing the transmucosal abutment on the dental implant. When making a prosthetic module, a transmucosal abutment, a denture with a through channel is provided, and the denture is installed and fixed on the distal portion of the abutment.
EFFECT: facilitating the passage of the fixing screw through the dental prosthesis, possibility of reducing the size of the opening of the canal section and to expand the possibility of the opening of the second portion of the canal away from the anatomical obstacles (tubercles or free edge) of the denture.
