FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics and surgical dentistry, and can be used to install dental implants and individual permanent abutments using a single-step guide surgical template. Method consists in conducting computed tomography of the jaws or jaw, the manufacture of plaster models, their scanning in an optical scanner and obtaining digital models of the teeth and mucous membrane, combining them with a computer tomogram on control points, which allows the implant planning program to see on the monitor of the computer bone tissue and clear relief of the oral mucosa, carrying out a virtual design of the implantation operation using a computer program, an optimal implant size with an anti-rotational element is chosen in length and diameter and virtually installed in the bone tissue taking into account the patient's individual anatomical features, a guide surgical template is made; at the same time, in the CAD-modeling program, taking into account the chosen implant, the design of a permanent individual abutment is carried out, at the time of the operation, the dentist-surgeon receives a guide surgical template and a permanent individual abutment, the seat of which interacts with the implant, exactly corresponds to the interface of the planned implant, after the implant is installed, a permanent individual abutment is screwed to it with a fixing screw, and after the operation, soft tissues are sutured around the permanent individual abutment. During the virtual design of the guiding surgical template on it, the locating elements are designed in the form of labels, a permanent individual abutment with antirotational elements is designed, the seat of which must correspond to the interface of the planned implant with regard to its anti-rotational elements, a guide surgical template is made with location elements in the form of tags, making it possible to install the implant in the planned position in depth and orientation of its antirotational elements; permanent individual abutment with antirotational elements is made, the seat of which exactly corresponds to the interface of the planned implant with regard to its antirotational elements, while during the operation an implant is used with labels designed to align with the marks of the location elements of the guide surgical template, when combined, the dental implant is installed in the planned position along the depth of immersion in bone tissue and the orientation of the antirotational elements relative to the vertical axis of the implant, and after installing the implant, a permanent individual abutment is screwed to it with a tightening torque of 35 n/cm.
EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of stable reimplantation tissues, the formation of a soft tissue buffer zone and the exclusion of manipulations causing its injury, reliability of the orthopedic construction, increasing the long term of its operation, reducing the patient's discomfort during treatment.
