FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary sprayer and to application of multicomponent coating means and can be used for application of coatings on vehicle bodies, their suspensions, truck cabins and/or their suspensions. Sprayer is intended for selective application of multicomponent coating means and single-component coating means of one application element (AE). Multicomponent coating means is directed by sprayer first device to said application element (AE). Single-component coating means is directed by sprayer second device to said application element (AE). Sprayer comprises mixer to be provided with coating component means and hardening component. Components of coating means of hardener are mixed. Sprayer can be also used for selective application of two different multicomponent coating means of one application element (AE). Two different multicomponent coating means are directed from two separate and/or parallel spraying device to application element (AE). Sprayer comprises two mixing elements to be provided with coating means component and hardener component. Components of coating means and hardener are mixed. Applicator can incorporate varnishing machine or robot.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the process.
