FIELD: test hardware.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test hardware and can be used for testing the objects for resistance to overloads. Claimed process consists in placing the container with table with tested object secured thereat in the barrel bore. Blast products affects the container to cause its accelerated displacement in the said barrel bore. Table revolution relative to the axis perpendicular to the barrel lengthwise axis is initiated and interrupted at container displacement in the barrel bore at preset time intervals. Claimed test bench comprises high-pressure gas source communicated with high-pressure chamber communicated, in its turn, with the barrel bore, the container composed by hollow-cylinder-like table fitted in the barrel bore, table coupled with said container to support the object under analysis and brake. At least one table spinning actuator and at least one spinning limiter are additionally arranged in said container. Said table is secured at the bracket rigidly fixed in the container to spin about the axis perpendicular to the barrel bore lengthwise axis. The invention discloses the various options of locating the centre of masses of the table assy and analysed object in the container.
EFFECT: valid determination of analysed object resistance to dynamic loads approximating to those of natural conditions, wide range of loads to select that required for preset variation of amplitude and direction of acceleration relative to the object geometrical axes.
