FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: stand has a base on which there is an accelerating device, which is a shaft in which there is a pressure source, a guide rail mounted on the base and passing inside the shaft, a container for the test object and a lock which can move on the guide rail. The pressure source is placed inside the shaft. The container is placed inside the shaft. There are seals on the faces of the container and lock facing each other. The pressure source can also be fitted with a nozzle and a membrane can be put inside the pressure source in front of the nozzle.
EFFECT: possibility of carrying out tests in a wide range of duration and amplitude of inertial pulse loads applied to the test object, and simplification of the design of the stand.
