FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: within limits of the integral case circuit breaker comprises gas generator (15) with pyrotechnical actuation, breakable conductive plate (19) and chamber of variable configuration (17) coupled to gas generator (15). The plate (19) has at least one area of bending and forms the lower wall of the chamber (17). Between gas generator (15) and plate (19) there is movable sealing component (60) represented by closed bellows installed inside the chamber (17). One of openings of the bellows is connected to output of the gas generator (15), and upon pyrotechnical actuation of the gas generator gas remains inside bellows, which expansion leads to breaking of the plate (19) and electric circuit including the above plate (19) as its integral part.
EFFECT: development of circuit breaker with small size and weight that ensures high reliability of actuation due to predicted and controlled expansion of the bellows that allows predicted breaking and bending of the conductive plate.
