SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. In the heat power plant operation mode in a steam turbine the oil supply system with an oil cooler for steam turbine bearings is used, and the utilisation of discharge low-grade heat energy of steam spent in the turbine and utilisation of low-grade heat of the oil supply system of steam turbine bearings by means of a heat engine with the closed circulation circuit, operating according to the organic Rankine cycle, is performed, in the named heat engine the cooling liquid is a low-boiling working body circulating in the closed circuit. The low-boiling working body is liquefied propane C3H8.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the efficiency of a heat power plant.
