SUBSTANCE: device for subsurface irrigation, in which the humidifier is used as a central tube with openings in its lower part which is mounted vertically in the place of the root system of the plant and on which a perforated tripod with a connector is moved freely. The upper part of the central tube is attached to a dropper with a float gate, attached to the main water supply. The dropper can be deepened into the central tube and to change the value of the automatically maintained hydrostatic head. Between the dropper and the central tube there are air openings. Humidification of the plant root system is carried out through the openings made in the lower part of the central tube and the tripod.

EFFECT: improvement of irrigation efficiency, reduction of water consumption.
