SUBSTANCE: device to fix an antifiltration cover includes a fastening element. The fastening element is made in the form of an anchor installed in soil. The anchor has a horizontal shelf. The shelf faces the lower part of the cover. The anchor is made of a tubular shape and is equipped with a sharpened tip with stop wings. In the end part the anchor is filled with bentonite powder.
EFFECT: possibility of a spontaneous process of the antifiltration cover fixation to a base.
