FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for simulated operation of horizontal well includes tubing string with sucker rod pump and shank complete at the lower end with a valve and filter made as a pipe with openings of radial conical shape faced with larger diameter of the cone inward the filter and blinded with spherical plug from the bottom. At that the sucker rod pump is made as an insert pump. The used valve consists of a body with saddle and inner cylindrical cut-out, and a driving washer with return valve. At that outer surface of the top part of the driving washer forms a pair valve, and the driving washer is supported by spring in regard to the body. Moreover the return valve is made as a slide valve with radial openings and plug at the top. The return valve is placed in inner cavity of the driving washer and supported by auxiliary spring in regard to the driving washer. The return valve is designed so that when downstream pressure increases it may move axially in regard to the driving washer with compression of the auxiliary spring and opening of radial openings in the return valve. Moreover, the return valve is designed so that when upstream fluid pressure increases it may compress the main spring and move axially together with driving washer in regard to the body and bypass fluid downwards through inner cylindrical cut-out of the body. At that at both pipe ends with openings of radial conical shape the supports are fixed rigidly. Between supports at the pipe opposite the openings there is filtering element made of wire wound in helical way and connected to longitudinal wire stringers forming drain channels between themselves and the filtering element.
EFFECT: improved efficiency in treatment of the extracted product with filter, increased overhaul life of the device, washing of the valve and filter in the well.
