FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a body with a number of openings and a saddle. A rod with feedthrough channel is installed in the body concentrically. The saddle is made in the rod feedthrough channel for the purpose of a ball placement into it. From the top the rod is equipped with a row of radial openings interconnected with a row of radial openings in the body by means of bypass channel made between the body and rod. In the bypass channel at inner surface of the body there are tangential blades allowing rotation of the body in regard to the rod thus covering partially and changing flow passage of the lower row of radial openings in the rod. In the body of ball there are three axial channels placed in mutually perpendicular planes. They ensure periodical impact on the bottomhole by wave impulses.
EFFECT: more reliable operation of the device.
