FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method of compressed gas dehydration includes compression of the dehydrated gas, its cooling after each compression stage using atmosphere air as cooling medium, adsorption dehydration of the cooled compressed gas of the last stage, and regeneration of saturated adsorbent by blowing by part of compressed gas of one of compression stages with producing of the regeneration gas, that recirculates or is removed from the unit. At that, at least at last compression stage the compressed gas cooling is performed under dephlegmation conditions with production of the condensate and dephlegmation gas supplied for dehydration, the regeneration gas is recirculated to one of the compression stages, and at positive temperature of the atmosphere air at least part of condensate is cleaned and mixed with the atmosphere air used as cooling medium.
EFFECT: increased output of dehydrated compressed gas, reduced volume of adsorbent loading, and reduced power consumption.
