SUBSTANCE: following prognostic predictors are determined in the children: protracted neonatal jaundice, pneumonia in the first year of life, acute respiratory viral infection in the first year of life, paratrophia, small bowel bacterial overgrowth syndrome in the first year of life, intestinal lambliasis in the first year of life, acute non-obstructive bronchitis in the second year of life, chronic tonsillopharyngitis in the second year of life, acute non-obstructive bronchitis at the age of two years or older, broncho-obstructive syndrome at the age of two years or older, chronic tonsillopharyngitis at the age of two years or older, chronic adenoiditis at the age of two years or older, intracranial hypertension, chronic gastroduodenitis, allergic rhinitis in child's father, bronchial asthma in patient's relatives on the maternal side. That is followed by calculating a variable by formula. A probability of disease development in the child is determined. The derived dependent variable makes it possible to predict atopic dermatitis development.

EFFECT: method enables providing more accurate prediction of atopic dermatitis in children by determining prognostic predictors promoting the atopic dermatitis formation at an initial consultation.
