FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in electric power inverters and selectors. Claimed switching devices are connected in supply circuit between the outputs of AC sources and common burden circuit and comprise the negative voltage switch built around the thyristor and the control circuit. The latter consists of the control signal amplifier and two thyristor switch control signal generators for positive and negative voltages, logical circuit XOR, signal inverter and control signal amplifier. Note here that control signal amplifier is composed by the input voltage comparator and output voltage comparator.

EFFECT: higher reliability of redundancy in no-break power supply systems with parallel operation owing to zero redundancy time.
