SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heating device (1) comprising a base (2) having two opposite sides (21, 22), and at least one side (21) of the said sides is opaque, and the heat-resistant coating (3) located on the said opaque side (21). In accordance with the invention, the said heat-resistant coating (3) has at least two colour pattern (31) with smooth transitions of tones, formed as a continuous or discontinuous layer, and the said device (1) is subjected to calcination at a temperature above 300°C. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing such a heating device (1).
