FIELD: rocket engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of missile engineering, namely to deployable aerodynamic surfaces, such as rudders and stabilizers, and their deployment mechanisms. Aerodynamic surfaces opening mechanism contains aerodynamic surfaces structure rotary parts, compression springs as a mechanical drive, connecting rotating on rollers central ring with pivotally connected links connecting the aerodynamic surfaces swivel parts to the central ring and turning slider shafts connected to the aerodynamic surfaces swivel parts by means of coaxial couplings.
EFFECT: claimed aerodynamic surfaces deployment mechanism ensures reliable operation by obtaining the greatest and the most smooth efforts in the most critical phases of the mechanism opening: at the beginning and at the end.
