FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used in angle measuring devices. An angle of rotation sensor includes a lighting installation with a mask, a measuring unit including a multiple-platform photodetector (MPP) optically adjacent to the mask, and a beam divider located between the lens and MPP. With that, the mask is installed in front of the beam divider in the focal plane of the lens; MPP is connected to an electronic unit, and the device also includes a controlled object installed with a possibility of being rotated relative to the measuring unit. An additional optic element is fixed on the controlled object and made in the form of a double mirror with a right angle between its mirrors, which faces to the lens. A rib between mirrors of the double mirror is perpendicular to the optic axis of the lens, and the rotation axis of the controlled object and the symmetry plane of the double mirror are parallel to the optic axis of the lens.
EFFECT: improving measurement accuracy of an angle of rotation of the controlled object.
