FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turn angle sensors. Sensor is in form of a photoelectric autocollimator and comprises lens (5), in the focal plane of which there is a matrix of pixels of matrix photodetector (6), the output of which is connected to electronic unit (7). Beam splitter (4) is located in front of matrix photodetector (6). Mask (1) with a transparent pattern, having a transparent circular pinhole, is installed in front of beam splitter (4) in the focal plane of lens (5). Sensor also has a double mirror, which is controlled object (3) – a BR-180° prism with its transparent entrance face facing the lens, and round mirror reflector (16) rigidly mounted in the centre of the entrance face. Mirror reflector (16) is made in the form of a wedge, the mirror plane facing lens (5), the wedge angle Ω ≤ arctg (b/4f'), where b is the smaller size of the matrix photodetector, f' is the focal distance of the lens. Transparent round point diaphragm is symmetrically located at the point of intersection of the optical axis of lens (5) with mask (1), and the edge of the wedge is perpendicular to the edge of the double mirror of the BR-180° prism. To illuminate mask (1), the sensor has illuminator (8) with two illuminators (13, 14), beam splitter (10) and aperture diaphragms (11, 12), which are optically conjugated with the input face of the prism by means of condenser (15). First diaphragm (12) is made in the form of a round transparent hole, and second diaphragm (11) has the form of a transparent ring. Diameter of the image of first diaphragm (12) is less than the diameter of mirror reflector (16), and the inner diameter of the image of the transparent ring of second diaphragm (11) is greater than the diameter of mirror reflector (16).

EFFECT: accurate measurement of angles in range of 0° up to 360°.
