FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: wastes are preliminarily bubbled with an air jet at a pressure of up to 0.6 MPa. Then the roiled waste mass is neutralised with hydrated lime solution taken in a dose of 0.3 - 1 t/day per 1000 m2 until pH is 6.5-7.5. The wastes are separated into a solid mass and liquid. The solid mass is neutralised until pH 6.5-7.5 while the liquid is delivered into one of the accumulator pools for neutralisation until pH 6.5-7.5, bubbled with an air jet under a pressure up to 0.6 MPa, mineralised with a calcium ameliorant taken in a dose of 0.3 - 1 t/day per 1000 m2 and delivered into another accumulator pool for supplying to agricultural fields for irrigation purposes. The system for the method implementation includes pump installations, a transporting pipeline, a balancing tank, accumulators for solid mass and liquid, accumulator pools and distribution pipelines supplying liquid effluents to agricultural fields for irrigation purposes. The balancing tank has at the bottom two conic fittings, a compressor and a lime solution dosaging device. Connected to the balancing tank and to the solid mass and liquid accumulators are rotational and vibration sieve installations.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of food production wastes disposal.
