FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method of production of organic fertiliser comprises the use of alcohol production waste of luter water and brewery mash, pressing the latter to separate the centrate from the organic mass, obtaining the working mixture by mixing the centrate with luter water, neutralisation to pH 7.0 of the obtained working mixture by mortar, and feeding it to the storage hoppers, preparing the compost of solid residue of organic matter and addition of vermiculture, and wastes of pig farm drains are additionally used, which are pressed to separate into solid and liquid fractions, their delmygisation is carried out. Then the liquid fraction is sent to the storage hopper where it is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:10 and transported to agricultural fields for irrigation and the solid fraction is added to the soil and shredded wastes of cereals. Then they are stacked successively in layers in a ratio of 7:2:1, stirred and irrigated with the working mixture in an amount providing humidity of 75-85% and maintained, and then the finished compost is added to vermiculture, maintained for not more than 2 months and dried.

EFFECT: inventions enable to improve the efficiency of utilisation of pig farm and alcohol drains.
