FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises electric current source presented by an accumulator battery, generator of direct and linear time-varying sawtooth current (DLTMSTC), diode designed to shunt the generator against backward current between input and output of the generator, transformer with primary and secondary windings, at that input of the generator is connected to the first pole of the accumulator battery, its second pole is connected to the first output of primary winding while the second output of this winding is connected to the generator output, and secondary winding of the transformer is coupled to a consumer of thermal or electric energy, at that DLTMSTC generator is made as pulsed voltage source equipped with automatic control unit for output voltage of the pulsed voltage source designed to regulate output voltage of the pulsed voltage source, moreover input of the pulsed voltage source is coupled to the generator input, input of voltage regulation for the pulsed voltage source is coupled to output of automatic control unit for output voltage of the pulsed voltage source through resistance divider coupled to output of the pulsed voltage source, at that automatic control unit for output voltage of the pulsed voltage source is made as sawtooth voltage generator.

EFFECT: reduced losses of electric current source based on active resistance of the generator of direct and linear time-varying sawtooth current, expanded frequency range for conversion, improved specific power of the device, improved reliability and efficiency of energy conversion during operation of the device.
