SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over the vehicle idling engine shutdown. At engine idling, it is shutdown in response to vehicle stay at closed parking lot. At engine idling, its shutdown is delayed in response to vehicle stay at exposed space. Said delay is adjusted subject to ambient air moisture content with the drive spacing from the vehicle exceeds the threshold magnitude. Claimed invention discloses also the vehicle system.
EFFECT: friendly conditions for the driver, reduced toxic emissions, fuel saving.
