FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: lubricating device of gearing contains a lubricating element in form of pinion engaged with one of tooth-wheels of gearing with lifting to it. Teeth of pinion are made out of pressed lubricating material, and are made composite. At sides of working side surfaces of the pinion in contact with teeth of the lubricated tooth-wheel the pressed lubricating material is located, it is inscribed in the design profile of the pinion teeth without transition fillets. The lubricating material is secured on the cantilevers being continuation of the pinion body, located through width of the pinion teeth, and having in cross-section form of rectangular. Parts of the pinion teeth between the cantilevers and non-working side surface are cut out.
EFFECT: optimisation of design of the lubricating device.
