SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. The user device can identify, whether satisfies or not the control information of uplink and/or of available channels to certain criteria, and to identify, it is necessary or not to transfer the control information of uplink by the physical control path of uplink, by the physical shared channel of uplink or by both of them, based on these criteria. Criteria can comprise the size of the control information of uplink (absolute size or the size with reference to the space available in the channel, or threshold value), type of bits of the control information, amount of available (i.e. active or configured) components of carriers and the size of power which can be required for transmission of the control information of uplink by more than one channel.
EFFECT: methods and systems for transmission of the control information of uplink in LTE Advanced system are described.
