FIELD: electric communication technique.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wireless communication technique providing transmission of control information. Base station includes transmit path schemes to select one of the first UCI multiplexing methods, which allows the subscriber station to simultaneously transmit PUSCH and PUCCH, and the second method of multiplexing UCI, which does not allow the subscriber station to simultaneously transmit PUSCH and PUCCH. Transmission path circuits also transmit an upper layer signal which indicates one selected UCI multiplexing method and transmits one or more uplink grants. Each of the uplink grants schedules a PUSCH in an UL CC for a subframe n, and each of the uplink grants carries a CQI request. Base station also includes reception paths for receiving an aperiodic CSI report on the PUSCH on the uplink i component carrier, when only one of the uplink assignments scheduling a PUSCH on the uplink i component carrier transfer the CQI request having a value from some set of values.

EFFECT: invention is intended to indicate the mode of transmission of uplink control information.
