FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: in borehole unit with field exploitation monitoring and control system that includes at least one tubing string (1) with permanent or variable diameter and open or blinded lower end, equipped between formations or above and between formations with one or several packers (3) and modules (4) placed at the level of the well formations; module (4) is placed between tubing strings and coupled to them by means of adaptors (7). Module (4) is made as multi-chamber capsule with radial channels (11, 12, 13). In chambers (8, 9) there is a monitoring device (14) and regulating device made as a valve (18) driven by an electric motor (15). Module (4) is placed at the level of each well formation. The module is equipped with connector (21). Logging cable connecting modules (4) is passed inside tubing string (1). Module (4) is connected to a surface recorder placed at the well mouth by the logging cable.

EFFECT: improved monitoring efficiency at dual or sequential operation of several producing or injecting formations by one well at the multipay field.
