FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used during food additives manufacture. One proposes a wheat germ product manufacture method involving metallomagnetic admixtures removal, additional enrichment and stabilisation of the product. Stabilisation is performed by UV radiation impact during 30 minutes; the preserving agent is represented by a mixture of ascorbic and amber acid at a ratio of 7:3; the mixture is introduced in an amount of 5% of the product weight.
EFFECT: invention consists of wheat germs stabilisation and allows to increase the product biological and nutritive value, expand the range of specialised products with therapeutic-and-preventive effect and increased storage life.
