FIELD: fodder production technology. SUBSTANCE: method is intended for use in agriculture for production of fodder additives for agricultural animals. Method is realized as follows: wheat embryo is subjected To stages of cleaning from magnetic metal inclusions, additional benefication, stabilization by means of chemical conservation with fumaric acid. Fumaric acid is introduced in amount of 10-15% with respect to mass of product. Application of aforesaid method is conducive to increasing fodder value of produced product.
