SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biochemistry, in particular to transgenic corn plant, which possesses resistance to insect-pests European corn borers, as well as to its seed. Disclosed is multitude of corn plants in field, including plants, which do not contain Bacillus thuringiensis (not containing Bt), which do not express transgenic insecticidal proteins, and multitude of transgenic plants, which possess resistance to insect-pests European corn borers, also disclosed is mixture of corn seeds, including seeds from not containing Bt plants, which do not express transgenic insecticidal proteins, and multitude of seeds, which contain DNA, which codes insecticidal protein Cry1Ab, and DNA, coding insecticidal protein Cry2Aa. Method for reduction of development of resistance to protein Cry1Ab or protein Cry2Aa in insects of European corn borers is also described.
