FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biochemistry, in particular to transgenic plant, resistant to pest insects: Spodoptera frugiperda and European Corn Borer, and contains DNA, coding insecticidal protein Cry1Be, and DNA, coding insecticidal protein Cry1Fa, as well as to its seed. Disclosed is multitude of transgenic plants in plant field, which includes plants, which do not express insecticidal proteins, and disclosed is mixture of seeds, which include seeds, which do not express transgenic insecticidal proteins and multitude of said transgenic seeds. the invention also relates to composition for control and prophylaxis of Cry-resistant lepidopteran pests, containing cells, which express effective quantity of protein Cry1Fa and protein Cry1Be, as well as to method for control and prophylaxis of Cry-resistant lepidopteran pests with thereof application.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively control pest insects: Spodoptera frugiperda and European Corn Borer.
