SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to system for processing with liquid, including reactor, where reactor is constructed in such a way that it contains gaseous phase and water phase, both phases, contacting with non-heterogeneous hydrogenation catalyst, immobilised or suspended inside water phase, where gaseous phase includes hydrogen and where water phase includes (i) solution of amines; and (ii) nitrosamine and/or nitramine compounds, resulting from methods of gas desulphurisation by means of amines. Invention additionally relates to method of destruction in situ of compounds in water phase from gas-purifier system, where method includes contact of water phase with gaseous phase, including hydrogen and heterogenic catalyst, where water phase contains (i) solution of amines; and (and) nitrosamine and/or nitramine compounds, resulting from gas desulphurisation by means of amines.
