FIELD: furnace gasses desulfurization. SUBSTANCE: according to method solution NaOH is injected in furnace gasses, that has CaO. Formed dry dust-shaped substances are removed from furnace gasses using filter. Filter trapped dust-shaped substances are mixed with water and reactant with alkaline properties, mainly NaOH, NaHCO3 and Na2CO3. Using liquid filter formed new solid products are separated from NaOH water solution and part of the solution in the form of filtrate is fed back to stage of injected in furnace gasses. In some versions they add H2O2 and Na2CO3 in injected solution. Part of filtrate is preferable to feed back to stage of mixing with dust-shaped substance after gas filter. In some cases they exercise suspension thickening during separation of part of NaOH solution. Apparatus has reactor in the form of spraying drier with jet, dust trapping mean in the form of gas filter, connected at exit with mixing tank with branch pipe to introduce water alkaline solution and liquid filter, injected at filtrate outlet with reactor jet by pipeline.
