FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heap cryoleaching of gold-bearing rocks. The crushed solid ore with the coarseness of less than 20 mm before formation of stack of gold heap leaching is subjected to cryodisintegration by freezing at temperature below -10°C followed by thawing it to a temperature above +5°C. Then the leaching is carried out at positive and negative temperatures of ore stack of +20 to -30°C with weight content of sulphuric acid used as an electrolyte-cryoprotector, more than 10.5%. After the gold heap leaching the stack is subjected to natural freezing and thawing with carrying out repeated stage of heap cryoleaching of gold. The line for heap cryoleaching of gold-bearing rocks is provided with separation of cryodisintegration of ore set after the separation of ore crushing, comprising a chamber for water saturation of ore, the chamber for freezing ore and the chamber for thawing ore, mounted sequentially one after the other with providing cyclicity of the process of ore cryodisintegration.
EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of year-round leaching of gold from gold-bearing rocks.
