SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Laser ophthalmological surgical system comprises the components that follow. Laser radiation source to generate the surgical laser beam to be delivered and focused at focal spot in target area by said system. XY-scanner to scan said focal spot in XY direction across optical axis of said system. Z-scanner to scan focal spot in optical axis of said system. Subsystem of optical coherent tomography to image the surgical target area by its scanning with visualising beam. Computer controller is used to vary laser radiation parameters between first and second steps of multistage surgery procedure.
EFFECT: higher precision.
