SUBSTANCE: system comprises: a pulse laser with an ultra-short pulse length, a two-coordinate scanning system comprising a first scanner mirror for beam X-deflection perpendicular to an optical axis of the system, a second scanner mirror for beam Y-deflection perpendicular to the X direction and the optical axis of the system, a beam delivery system comprising a system matching a scanning plane and an entrance pupil of a focusing objective lens, and the above focusing objective lens. Between the first and second mirrors of the scanning system, there is a symmetrical system matching an X-scanning plane and a Y-scanning plane, comprising two identical scanning aberration-free objective lenses with a shared focal plane.
EFFECT: system enables performing high-speed and high-accuracy three-coordinate scanning.
