FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to systems and methods, associated with the collection of biological fluids. A system for the collection of biological fluids contains a polymer bushing, containing an elongated body, the main passage through the elongated body, the first component, suspended above the first hole on the first end, the first ventilation hole, partially limited by the first component, the second ventilation hole, partially limited by the first component. A method of the polymer bushing manufacturing includes the placement of a lower mould component, installation of the first disc-shaped component with the provision of coupling, connection of a rod component with the disc-shaped component, closing the outer mould in assembly around the rod component, cast under pressure of a polymer composition in a liquid state into the outer mould in assembly. The moulding system for manufacturing the polymer bushing contains a lower component of the mould limiting the outer surface and the moulding surface, the first disc-shaped component, made with a possibility of engagement with the mould surface of the lower mould in assembly.
EFFECT: reduction of development of erectile dysfunction, associated with desensitisation problems.
