FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, in particular to a method of producing nanocapsules of resveratrol. The method of producing nanocapsules of resveratrol, in which the shell of the nanocapsules is used as sodium alginate, and the nucleus is used as resveratrol, at that the suspension of resveratrol is dissolved in heptane and dispersed into a suspension of sodium alginate in benzene in the presence of E472s with stirring, followed by adding of benzene and water, then the resulting suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: method provides simplification and acceleration of the process of producing the nanocapsules.
