SUBSTANCE: for the treatment of apical forms of periodontitis of single-root and multi-root teeth, instrumental, medicamentous treatment of root canal channels is carried out, the paste is injected into the root canals in the stage preceding the permanent filling, based on calcium hydroxide mixed with sterile water. In this case, the radiopaque basic bismuth nitrate is added to the paste in a ratio of 1:0.02-0.05. Then, under the X-ray control, paste the root canals to the top of the root of the tooth and activate using the ® EndoActivator "DENTSPLY", with a safe plastic nozzle. The activation is carried out by reciprocating movements with the amplitude of 2-3 mm for the entire working length of the root canal for 30 seconds, successively for 10 seconds in the mode: 33 Hz, 100 Hz and 166 Hz. After this, the tooth cavity is closed by a temporary filling.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve maximum contact and the effect of therapeutic paste on the microflora of the root macro- and microchannels, with the subsequent elimination of pathogenic microflora, which increases the effectiveness of treatment in improving regeneration and bone repair.
